I only offer one training plan - and it's created just for you.
My training method begins with a conversation to understand your current fitness level and discuss your goals. Whether you're aiming for a specific race distance, trying to beat your personal record, or simply looking to improve your fitness, I'll create a customized training plan tailored to your needs.
We'll use a spreadsheet to track each run, allowing us to review your progress and make adjustments as needed throughout your training cycle.
I believe in communicating throughout the week. I am open to texts or emails and happy to set up a virtual meeting if you'd like. My goal is to help you reach your goals, so I am here for you with all your thoughts, concerns and questions!
I only coach a few runners at a time so I can give each of you the attention you deserve.
